Unable to confirm company file
Using older version of MYOB Basics AU but Unable to confirm company file yet again. Version: 2013.1.15.2188 File Version: 2013.1.15.3016
2 questions:
1. I have the Product Serial Number OK but I don't understand what the "Company File Code" is. please explain where/how I find it
2. How do I "send a Private Message"

Thank you for getting back to us and provide an update on the issue. And thank you so much for your patience. We have granted you an access to our private message. You can now start sending the details through our private message so we can assist you with your concern.
You can access your private messages when signed into the Community Forum by clicking on your avatar on the top right-hand corner of the window > select the envelope icon.
or Just click on the highlighted word Private Message.

Logged into "Comunity Forum OK" but when I click onto my "Avatar" (Never heard of this term before), I only get the options to select:
A "Bell" with 0 Unread messages
My Profile
My Post
My Setting
My Subscriptions
Help
Sign Out
There is no "envelope icon" or "Private Message"

Again, you can access your private messages when signed into the Community Forum by clicking on your avatar on the top right-hand corner of the window > select the envelope icon.
in this regard, when you tried to confirm your company file, did it ask you for a confirmation code or a license file? If a confirmation code is needed, kindly check the link https://confirmation.myob.com/confirm to generate a confirmation code. You may also check The Help Article: About activation and confirmation for further information.

As requested, I sent a "Private Message" with details 2 days ago but I have not had any reply.
I have now been without MYOB access for 5 days and have no clear path forward towards a resolution.
The suggested "https://confirmation.myob.com/confirm" fails with error message "The serial number or registration code is incorrect."
What Now?
