MYOB Stuck In Backup Process

We have attempted to run back up several times today, and it just stops.  We have let it run each time for up to 10 minutes (which shouldn't happen).  Can you please look into this and fix?

I'm having the - This company file is currently backing up. You can sign on once the backup is complete. We cannot access our company file. Can this please be checked?

    I'd be glad to take a look at this for you. Could you please reply with the last four digits of your serial number and Company File ID? Thank you!
