When access to a certain part of the software is grayed out, it's usually due to user access permissions. It sounds like you might have access to bank feed allocation but only in read-only mode instead of read/write. I recommend checking your user access settings again. If the issue isn't related to user access, you can create a support ticket from the My Account window for further troubleshooting assistance.
