MYOB Team admin portal not showing timesheets and roster

Question

Hi, I am trying to use MYOB teams for staff to enter start and finish times each day against a job they are working at but my MYOB team admin portal does not have the 'timesheet' and 'roster' tab and employees can not see at there end in the app to enter hours. I suspect this is because my Admin portal is not showing correctly. How can I get timesheets and rosters in my admin portal? I have done all trouble shooting, including deleting location and setting up again, unticking and reticking track employees by timesheet in settings and deleteing cache and cookies and employee deleting and reinstalling the app.

Hi hartleyglazing,It should include rosters, and the issue may be related to the setup. The administrator or owner of the file is responsible for configuring this. Thanks, all those steps have been followed just still don't get the timesheets in the admin portal and these links don't show the reasons why this may be occurring.

It's inteesting how the roster and timesheet do not appear in your MYOB Team Admin Portal. If none of the previous steps rectify the issue. It might be best to reach out to support via through MOCA or by creating a support ticket from the My Account page.&nbsp;

Thank you, already spent an hour with MYOB support who were not able to help but will try again and see if I get someone else that knows what is happening.

Thanks for working with our support team. It's odd that you can't see the timesheets and roster in the MYOB Team portal, especially if you're the administrator of the file. Could you check if another administrator can log in and see if they have the same issue? If they do, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
