Hi, Our business received a letter advising that Care Super is changing their ABN & USI from today 1/11/24. Can you please advise how we change this as I have tried but it won't let you change the grey coloured area.

Hi there sweeneysss,
To resolve the error "One or more super funds selected is inactive and can't accept payments," I'd recommend contacting the super fund directly to confirm if they've changed any of their details. Once you have the updated information, you can update the super fund details in your MYOB account to continue creating super payments. You can check this link for more information. To know more about super fund and to check if there are any contribution restrictions, you can enter the fund ABN through this link.
