Once you activate the Online Invoice Payments (OIP) option, BPAY will be included as one of the payment methods available to your customers. Currently, excluding BPAY from the available payment methods is not an option. However, I want to assure you that we've already raised this request with the appropriate team for further consideration. I've also ensured that your post is added to the raised ticket for documentation purposes.

Hopefully we can get this changed. 1.8% is quite an impact for some smaller businesses.
My client has chosen not to offer OIP as an option because of this fee.

I am in the same camp. I would like to use online payments, went through the process and got it approved. But I won't use it, unless I can exclude BPAY as an option. I can pass the credit card surcharge to my customers, but cannot absorb the BPAY fees. So please pass my comments to the development team. Please allow customers to accept credit card payments only and not bundle bpay with them.
i agree with the above....please either add the option that we can pass on the charge of Bpay to our clients or we dont use paynow...
