I've signed out of accountright live, cleared cache as instructed logged back in but these invoices are still appearing.

Thanks for updating us.
We were able to run another fix on your company file to close off the outstanding invoices. Kindly log out and then log back into your account to see if the invoices are no longer showing in the sales register window.

Thank you so much for sorting out and closing off the outstanding invoices.
Are you able to apply a fix to the 1c owing (from my other post), these are still showing as outstanding on our ageing reports but the sales invoices shows zero balance.
