Inventory not recording properly

Hi, my inventory on hand is not right. End of July on hand should be 1,400L and it is now reading -3,600L.  Because of this I cannot enter the correct amount of fuel we have used for August. Please h...

    Hi sarsj 

     

    From my experience, the scripts MYOB run usually fix errors in the inventory, rather than errors in inventory transactions. You may need to get someone to look into the file to see what is causing the 5000 discrepancy. The solution might be to fix the cause of the discrepancy.

I've run the fixed scripts on our back end. Kindly log out of the account and log back in to see if this has resolved your issue. Please let me know if the issue persists so I can assist further.

      Thank you for letting me know. I've run the fixed scripts again on your company file. Please clear your AccountRight cache, log out of the account, and log back in again to see if this has resolved your issue with inventory.

        Princess_R I have cleared cache and problem still there.
