I am having the same problem. When I open up invoice reminders the screen is blank so I can't edit the reminders or turn them on and off for individual customers. I have only noticed this in the past week. I use Google chrome but don't use a browser to access MYOB so not sure why this would matter. I called MYOB and was on hold for 3 hours and they said a specialist would call me within 48 hours but no one has called (surprise, surprise). Please help! I am using AccountRight V 2022.8.0 PC edition.
I never want to call MYOB at any time as usually after a long wait they are rarely any help. I really think its on MYOB's end as all was working fine up until a week ago. I havent changed anything. I've just logged into the browser and changed the invoice notification settings from there. Hopefully they will resolve the problem soon.
