Invoice Reminders Function not Working

Good morning   Today I've tried to access the Invoice Reminders but the window comes up blank and doesn't seem to be working. Can somebody help?    Thank you.

    In this matter, can we ask you to please try to access your account in the browser and see if the invoice reminder is still not working? Please let us know so that we can raise it with the relevant team for further investigation.

Thank you for reaching out to us and I do apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused. Our development team is still trying to fully resolve the issue that's why some features are still affected. May I have the screenshot of the page so I can further look into this and provide you with the best resolution.

      Hi EarandHearing,

      Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum! This issue is known to us, and the current workaround is to log in to the browser version of our software, where the invoice reminder should function correctly. We do not have an estimated timeframe for when this issue will be resolved, but please rest assured that our team is actively working to fix it.

      This feature is still not working!

       

      It's still a blank page from the desktop and no option at all from the web based version!!!

       

      So MYOB has been working "urgently" to fix this problem since September?  Eight months ago and still not working?

       

      Not much hope for us for the non urgent problems is there?

        I completely understand your concern about the ongoing issue with the invoice reminder feature. We are equally eager to address this matter promptly. After looking into it, I've found that while the feature isn't working on the desktop version, it is functional on the browser-based one. However, I know that this solution might not be suitable for everyone.

         

        Please rest assured that our team is diligently working on resolving this issue. While we've made progress, it seems that a full resolution hasn't been reached yet. Your patience and understanding during this process are greatly appreciated. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
