Thank you so much for your post and for the information. I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you've been having. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue, and I do apologize for the delayed response. Could you kindly attempt to open your AccountRight in a web browser, like Google Chrome? You can do this by visiting app.myob.com or by selecting "Open in Browser" from the Command Centre. Once you're in the browser version, please go to Sales Settings >> Reminders >> Reminder settings to access Invoice Reminder.
