NOT ABLE TO CHANGE ORDER TO INVOICE
Hi,
I am not able to change order to invoice.
1. There is no 100% discount on any items in the order.
2. There is no same item used more than once on the order.
3. We have tried to remove all discount to convert the order to invoice but it doesn't work, same error occurs.
Please check the error message and log.
It has been fixed by technical support team.
We had a very long phone call to get through it.
