Sales register screen/not showing full view
I have set up a user, with exact same access as other users, however, when they open the Sales register, they get the screen at Image 1 ( the word "Customer" : then the customer name, and need to expand by selecting the "+" icon on right hand side. This does not happen for any other users. How do i get the standard sales register screen to appear?
I have also attached a snip of the sales register as it appears for all other users (titled - )standard sales register.
MYOB AR 2022.4 - same version as all other users in the file

That user has set their Sale Register window to be grouped by customer.There are two ways to remedy this for the user:
- Right-click on where it says Customer underneath the Search and select Ungroup
--OR-- - Right-click on the column headers and select Reset layout
Using one of the above will make the Sales Register window revert back to the default which should remove that filter the user has got on that window.
