Unable to Print Payment Receipts

I am unable to see receipts for payments I have just entered. Never had a problem with this before. Have searched the Forum Help but each solution tells them to private message and they will 'run a s...

    Yes, we can run a script to resolve this issue. So we can do that, please send me your serial number and company file namy by Private Message.

Hi there,

 

We are having a similar issue with our receipts however we can see some and not others. Will the script fix this issue?

KimSoutham  Yes, running the scripts might fix it. Please send me your serial number and company file name by Private Mesage so I can organise that.
