Unusually long decimal place values

Hi, we're getting unusually long decimal place values showing up in our company MYOB stock lists and as I understand, there is a script that can be run from myob support's end to rectify the issue?

 

File is stored: Online

Serial last 4 digits are: 1242

Company File ID: 2

    I have run a script over your file which should have resolved this issue. You will need to close and reopen for these changes to appear. 

    Please let me know how things go.

        Hello ARTmaslen 

         

        Thank you for your post in letting me know that this has occurred again. I have run the script over your file and should have resolved the issue. 

         

        You may need to close and reopen it for it to take effect visually.

      Hi Earl_HD,

       

      This has occured again.

      can we request the script to be run again please?

       

      Also, is there any other fix? We've started having this occur weekly now.
