Account Right program not working - Unable to record pays, first payrun for financial year 2023. HELP NEEDED.

Hi,

 

Problem with AR progam not working - Unable to record pays. We are doing 1st payrun for the new financial year. When you process an electonic pay and then press RECORD, MYOB is hanging and then times out.

 

We need assistance please.

      Hi Komal,

       

      The ARL is not crashing with an error log. It is saying the application is timing out, do I want to retry.

        Hi Ginny3 

        Please retry the operation and if you still get the same error, attach the diagnostic log by following the instructions in my previous post.
