Financial Year won't rollover
Hi all,
This might not be the correct page to ask this query bur we need some help please!
For the 2nd time I have tried to rollover our financial year.
As our accountants have advised that we have finished 2024 I went to rollover and MYOB is in 2023
I did a rollover for 2023 and got the ok that all was good from MYOB, but we are still in 2023
What's going on. Am I missing a step here! I haven't had this problem before

Since the new financial year is still not showing even after rolling over, it's best to clear your AccountRight cache. This helps in refreshing your data.
