Can't access two employee card files

I cant access two of my employee cards. When I try to open them I keep getting a message saying something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close.   This has happened multiple times in the pas...

    Thank you for the post and for letting us know your concern. My apologies if you're having an issue with your employee card and I'll be glad to assist you with this. I tried to pull up your account by putting your email address but I can see a different serial number here. I'll be sending you a private message to get the full details of your account.
