Employee Card locked - unable to open

Hi There Moderator

 

I am unable to open one employee card.  Keep getting error "Somethings gone wrong Accountright needs to close".  Looking at previous support posts, it appears a script will need to be run on our file?

 

Please Help

 

 last 4-digits of your Serial number: 3003 + Company File ID: 8

        Sorry forgot the attachment. Also it affects Salary payroll category and its now corrupt. Luckily they do not use Salary. It happen during self onboarding and the employee tried to combine duplicate cards without success.
