Employee Password reset Teams
One of my employees has had problems with his MYOB account log in ..... He is trying to get his 2FA reset and was told he needed to know what my serail number for MYOB was. When talking to someone from MYOB on Friday I was told that he didn't need my serial number so I'm very confused as I don't think my employee would lie about this.
A few months ago I was on the landline to MYOB and my mobile to the employee at the same time fixing this. He was sent a reset code, but it has happened again. He is not very tech savy so I am assuming he is unwittingly doing something wrong.
Is there any other way to get his password reset?
Currently he is sending me a photo of his worked hours, which I am then having to transfer into a timesheet.

Thank you for your post. If your employee is trying to reset his login password there should be an option for forgot password on the login screen of the app. Does he have this appear for him ?
If his only trying to reset the 2FA our help article Switching between email and app two-factor authentication has information and instructions on how to do this.
