Resetting Auto Invoice Number
Is there a way of resetting the Auto Invoice numbering to a new 8 digit number? For example we want to number our invoices from Jan 1 as 20200001 & onwards. We have overtyped the old Auto number but the next invoice reverts back to the previous Auto number eg 2019????

Upon saving the invoice after overtyping the invoice number to an 8 digit number, the next invoice should come up with the number next in sequence. However, the auto numbering can get stuck if you are using AccountRight v19 or older products.
Therefore, can you please confirm if you are using the latest version or one of the older software versions. If it is happening on the latest version, I would recommend Clearing AccountRight Cache as it clears any inconsistencies happening with the displays.
