HESTA Super

Good afternoon

 

I am trying to process Superannuation and 1 employee is with HESTA Super and it has a red x saying that we need a Valid Fund Name. I spoke with HESTA and there has been no changes, can you please assist me with this matter.

    Thanks for your post. I can see that the superfund is listed on our MYOB Superfund list, can you please create a new superfund card for this fund and link it to the employee. Once you've done this can you try to process the super for this fund ? (note; you will need to rename the older superannuation fund card before saving the new card)
