Hest Super - Unable to Pay
New employee. Super fund used Hesta.
Unable to pay.
The super fund is already set up by MYOB.
Have tried to fix it by;
1. Rename the existing Hesta fund for example Hesta Super*
2. Create a new Hesta Super using the same details
3. Link employee to the new fund
Cannot pay superannation. When indicating row to pay it has a cross.
Please assist. Thank you T

The error you're encountering may be due to changes in the super fund, such as a merger or renaming, or the fund may no longer be a registered APRA fund. To identify the missing or incorrect information about the fund, please hover your mouse over the red cross icon.
