It looks like this service is unavailable right now. Please try again later.
This was the same message I received last week and I am still unable to process the payment.

Resolving this with another client, it seems it is in fact due to fund changes. The client I was assisting has processed the contributions in smaller batches (fund-by-fund) to identify the employee/s or fund causing the error. I would also recommend doing this, then asking the affected employee to contact their fund regarding any changes.
Do let me know how you get on, and perhaps update this thread on which fund was affected in your case, to assist other users in the same situation.
SUPERWRAP - PERSONAL SUPER PLAN was the identifed fund causing the error in the other case I was looking into.
