I have run our verification report and found the following;
All correct except two employees who were terminated this financial year but prior to commencing STP are not showing up on the ATO verification report. When I deduct their figures, everything else matches between MYOB and the ATO.
Do I need to remove their termination dates and do a zero $ pay run for the two employees to get their figures to the ATO?
Thanks
Hi BenchCBS
Yes doing a $0 pay for terminated employees will create an update event and push their figures through to the ATO.

Thank you Tracey. I'll give that a try now.

Hi Tracey
I backed out the termination dates and ran zero pays for the two employees, but no report is appearing in the ATO reporting centre and all totals remain the same. Any suggestions?
I went onto our ATO portal but nothing showing there either.

Hi BenchCBS
Did you click yes to warning that it will be void paycheque? Sorry if that’s a silly question but some people have clicked no so the pay is not recorded.

Yes. I actually did a zero adjustment back in May and that reported on the ATO Reporting Centre no problem at all. This one flashes up a red prohibition symbol just as it attempts to process the report.
Cheers
