Received another companies Payroll Activity Report
Tonight I have received two Payroll Activity Reports related to another company.
I doubt they would have entered my email as I dont recall having anything to do with this business.
Ive treid to contact MYOB but their chat doesnt work after hours, their phone number doesnt work after hours, and there is no published email to log an URGENT support call.
This seems to be a glitch in the system and if so, it is a complete breach of privacy as I have received 2 years of payroll activty reports from an unrelated company.
I will be contacting MYOB in the morning as I hope my payroll details arent also being sent out to the interweb.

MYOB do take privacy and security very seriously and we do recommend reviewing our Privacy Policy and Security Commitment with respect to that and what to do if you any questions or concerns.
In terms of a Payroll Activity Summary or Detail Report, these are generated from AccountRight and can be emailed via selecting the Send to option from within the report and then entering or selecting the relevant email address. Should someone wish to email out a Payroll Activity report, as with all reports, these are generally user-triggered and the user does need to select to email them out. Typically, AccountRight will not automatically email out a Payroll Activity report.
