Not a silly question. It did ask me this for one of the 3 employees and I confirmed positive. This difference is in "allowances" and I have categorised it under gross payments. It shows as Gross payments in MYOB but allowances in the ATO report. An earlier reply suggested this could be OK.
My other 2 employees is classified as "other" so theoretically, neither should report through STP. However, one does and one doesnt. Strangely enough, the one that does show in the STP report is not matching MYOB.

I’ve just seen a post by Hayden_B that the ATO have advised of delays for reports to appear due to the load on ATO servers today.
Otherwise im fresh out of ideas 😔
