Hi There
I am having the same issue with a reinstated employee, tried to fix entitlement hours via a VOID pay but this only clears the current year balance (even though they had been paid out already) and does not remove the Entitlement hours shown in the Card Balance in the Entitlment Details report. Clearly a bug as other users have described the same issue.

- Your product serial number
- The employee's name
- The date of termination
- The date of reinstatement
