First payroll is not processing

  This is extremely urgent please - I've tried several times processsing payroll and it zeros out.    Can you please urgently help out and we can process payroll today.

Thank you so much this has fixed this issue!  But i am now getting an STP error related to salary sacrifice:

GrossAMonut Error: The derived aggregated gross YTD amount must not be a negative amount (ATO error code: CMN.ATO.PAYEVNTEMP.000389)

Luckily I am still able to record the payroll but is they a fix for this?
