SOLUTION FIX_Accountright - STP Finalisation reports don't match
Hi fellow MYOBer's
I'm unsure if anyone is still having issues with STP Finalisation reports not matching your Payroll Summary report (due to Terminated Employees), but I have found a solution. After having no luck and receiving no information for the last 2 days, I was fortunate enough to speak to a lovely man from the MYOB Client Support Team earlier today and he told me how to fix this problem. He sent me an email with the following link:

I tend to be over cautious with clicking random links from strangers too but I have also taken a screenshot as well as saved the entire page as a pdf file (attached). Otherwise go to:

THE IMPORTANT THING - EVERYTHING WORKED!!! ALL MY NUMBERS NOW MATCH AND I WAS ABLE TO SEND MY EOFY FINALISATION TO THE ATO TODAY.
