SSID issues since opting in to STP2
Hi
I am having issues with numerous client's MYOB files - STP2 lodgement error as below
- Your notification for the online (cloud) software provider does not contain the correct Software ID.
(ATO error code: SBR.GEN.AUTH.008
I have been lodging STP & STP 2 through MYOB for years and have never had a problem.
I had to phone the ATO for a client the other day and update the Software ID for MYOB.
Is this a known issue?

This error code - SBR.GEN.AUTH.008 - means that you are not authorised to submit this lodgement on behalf of this client. I'd suggest follow the troubleshooting steps for this error explained in this Help article:
