STP not working

For some reason, none of my ARLive files are allowing me to declare wages or even check the Payroll.

 

It's been like that for the last two weeks or so.

 

At first I thought it was a MYOB glitch to do with the flurry of updates lately but now it's ridiculous.

 

Some people are monitored by Services Australia and STP not going through really causes a problem.

 

I'm the BAS Agent declaring for all my clients and all of the files not working anymore are ones that I've been doing payroll in for years.

 

I've attached the fault message that I get each time.

  • It works if I change to the web browser version so that's a good enough work-around until ARLive is fixed.

    Hello carolineh 

     

    Our team is currently investigating the cause of this error. 

    Can you please check the following:

    1. the version of windows you are on and if it is up to date

    2. if it isn't up to date, can you please update and then try again

    3. Please let me know what version you were on, the version you upgraded to, and if it still gives you the error after updating

    As an interim workaround while we troubleshoot this issue, most users have had success by putting the file online and then log in using the browser version at app.myob.com to process the pay run.
