STP2 Transition Issues

Hello all.

 

I am required to update employee detaiols for transitioning to STP2 but am having issues saving the updates despite I have been trying for a few days now. It keept returning the error below.

 

"The network or service has failed. Unable to save payroll information. Try again later. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us."

 

Has anyone had this issue and know how to fix this please?

    Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.

     

    If the issue persists while updating details to move to STP Phase 2, kindly access your account through this link. Once accessed the link, kindly log in then test if you can update and save the details.

        Thanks for the update.

         

        Kindly log out then log back in to your account. Also, clear cache your browser. Lastly, try using a different browser if the issue will still persist. Please let me know how it goes.
