I can't believe that a simple function like emailing a receipt is not straightforward in V2019! There was discussion in 2013!!!! that it was to be included. Seriously? A load of other crazy "update" stuff that I have no use for but 6 years on and this still has to be a "work around". Ridiculous. :(

Yes, I e-mail receipts to our customer's book-keepers. I have to save the receipt to a PDF and then e-mail it or print and scan it and then e-mail.
We can e-mail remittance advices etc, why not receipts????

Not being able to email receipts has frustrated me for years! In addition, the invoice date on the receipts is still in American date format!! Why is this so difficult to fix? I have to write an apology to my clients regarding the date format everytime I send them a recipt (which I've had to print to PDF, then save, then attach to the email). Maybe you have more time than me, MYOB developers, but this is a colossal waste of my time.

This is one of the most time consuming issues with Myob. Save to PDF, go to email (outlook). find clients email, type, find where you have saved and then send. Come on MYOB - this has been an issue for many years - Thinking of changing to Xero

Could not agree more, MYOB have ignored this forum and its users on this issue for years now.
My frustration at MYOB at all time high atm, after producing 480 members invoices and now having to export to pdf and individually email every darn receipt !@#%&^&&
And then while I'm ranting... OMG setting budgets and every stupid obsolete account line from the turn of the century is listed..... Inactive accounts are not part of the budget process....
somany people have asked for this, and MYOB continues to ignore, just increases cover prices.
Understand more and more, why my peers have shifted to Zero.
