HI 

 

We need to be able to email Invoices & order confirmations to multiple recepients-!

Several of our customers require this for all orders and invoices; We currenlty process 30 - 50 per day for these and emailing each 3 times is very time consuming.

There is no way to do this within the MYOB emailing system - please add the functionality to enable this and also to add a cc. recepient.

    In the card file, you can add multiple recipients with ; between each address, no spaces.

    Hope this is what you are after.

    Hi - I seem to be able to select more than one email recipient by clicking on the drop down box. I think its upto 5 addresses. Try & have another look?

    Hi Tania,

     

    Try putting multiple email address in the card file as such (seperate each email with ; only - dont add a space)

     

    user1@domain.com.au;user2@domain.com.au;user3@domain.com.au

     

    This will send to multiple email addresses.  I just tested it with 2 and 3 email addresses and works for me

     

    I only tested on a Purchase Order but should be same for Invoice

    Thanks - fixed now by entring in the card file 

    Will not work by selecting more than one from drop down.
