Have you already voted for this suggestion? If you have already voted for this idea previously, then you won't be able to see the '+ VOTE' sign, as your vote has already been counted. The second part of my post regarding voting / commenting was more for other clients who come across this post who would like to see the idea developed into AccountRight.
