Setup: Ability to hide or move the Live chat bubble

Could you move the Live Chat Bubble?  It hovers right over the confirm/submit/save button and I am constantly clicking it by mistake.  When the live chat opens, the screen freezes and I need to refresh to get back to what i was working on!
