Hot Key (Alt U) Use Recurring Not Working

Account Right 2023.7.1.5 In the Spend Money and Receive Money screens the hot key Alt-U for "Use Recurring" is not working. This has always worked previously. Other hot keys in these screens (e.g. Alt-O for "Record" or Alt-A for "Cancel" are working. What is the solution?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    I understand how all features should work when they are used. I would suggest clearing the cache, as this might be the cause of the issue. Follow these steps to clear the cache. 

    1. Click the windows button + r.
    2. Type %localappdata%/myob and click okay.
    3. Click AccountRight > Current > Cache.
    4. Delete all files inside the Cache folder. 

    Let us know if the issue persists. We'll help further.
