Invoice reminder function not accessible

Trying to set up the invoice reminder function, but when I click the link, a greyed blank box only appears

Thanks for your post. This is something that has been raised with our product teams for investigation, in the mean time as a work around they have advised to open AccountRight in the browser via app.myob.com, go into sales settings > reminders. The function should appear.
