Pay Roll Report Issue

Hello. 

I am having a little trouble with payroll reports.

2 employees are not showing on the reports and 6 of the employees times are doubling. I am very new at this system so it might just be something simple. But wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how was it solved?

    Hi HelpMePls 

     

    Thanks for that information. Are you using timesheets? That would explain why 6 employees are doubling, if you have hours entered in their employee card>>Standard pay and use timesheets the Process payroll window will prefill both the timesheet and standard hours creating a double up.

     

    For missing employees check that they are paid on the same frequency as other employees and they have timesheets in that pay period.

    Thanks for your post. I'll be happy to help with your issue but I'll need some detailed information. Can you tell me exactly what reports you are referring to? Are you finalising STP? 

     

    Please do provide as much information as possible so that we can solve this.

      So we process payroll though an external company therefore never actually procress in Myob. H

      This is the steps I take to get the report. 

      'Process Payroll' then select the fornight ect...

      then 'next' and then

      'preview pay details'.... So the report is the called Payroll Verification. 

      This brings up a report which I use to enter onto the 3rd party system. However as mentioned some of the details are missing from this report.
