Pay Super - verfication code not working

Hi,

I keep getting this message when I try to verifiy a new Pay Super account.

Sorry, we're not ready to verify your bank account at the moment, please try again later

 

I have tried later and next day but still no result.  Code was sent yesterday

Can you please advise as super payment deadline is fast approaching.

    To check the status on our end, can you please send me a private message with the following information?

    • Serial Number
    • Company file name
    • Your full name
    • Email address
    • Business name
