Payroll checking and connection MYOB error for ATO

Hi there - I have 8 company files - 3 are in the cloud - all of which are paid as extra subscriptions (including the one in the cloud that is allowed with the subscription) - I also run 5 desktop fil...

last 4 digits of serial no: 4073

company file ID: 10

This is worked on the desktop - not in the cloud.

I went through the compnayies I had with MYOB Person over the phone when I upgraded to include payroll and there were a couple of old company files which were deleted at that time so that I had room for the ones I run currently on desktop and then extra subscriptions for the extra cloud companies.
