If you could please reply with the last 4-Digits of your serial number + the Company File ID this relates to, I'd be more than happy to assist with this. (Help>About MYOB AccountRight>Company File ID:__?)

The last four digits of my serial number are 5810.
Company file ID is 1

Hi Sam_R,
Unfortunatley the fix did not work. I am getting the error 'An application operation has timed out. Would you like to retry the operation?' If I accept Retry it just loops back again.
