Super fund details not loaded
We had a new employee start and while the box for Super Guarantee was ticked, the super fund details were not loaded.
I am today trying to pay super but the report is not picking this employee up.
I have loaded the super information and rerun the report but it is still not showing.
How should I pay this amount and account for it?

If you're paying the super contribution directly from AccountRight, please ensure that the super fund setup has the "Pay directly from AccountRight" option ticked. Once this is done, run the report again to see if the employee's superannuation contributions are included. If you're not paying directly from AccountRight, you might need to re-create the super fund and link it to the employee.
