Super payment Rejection - Phone Number Required

When trying to make our monthly super payments, one employee keeps getting rejected. The error is "phone number required"  They have a SMSF, and there is a mobile number entered in the SMSF field.

What could be the issue?

It seems like you're having trouble with an employee's SMSF details, even though you've entered a mobile number in the SMSF field. One reason for this might be that the phone number format doesn't match what the super payment system needs. Checking and adjusting the format could help fix the issue.

If the phone number is correct but you're still having trouble, there might be a problem with the Superannuation details. To work around this, try creating a new SMSF entry. You might receive a warning about a duplicate name, but just add a number or letter to make it unique. Then, assign this new entry to the employee.

Please let me know how you get along and if you require further assistance.
