TIME IN LIEU CATEGORY MARKED NOT ROLLOVER IN ERROR.
I have an employee who has time in leiu accrued, but for some reason the rollover to next year wasnt ticked for some reason.
His card says he has 24 hours in lieu, so I assume that can still be used?
How do I resolve this so his entitlement shows on his payslip for the current year?

Thanks for your post. The option to carry over entitlements to the next year can't be changed once the entitlement payroll category is created. As such, you would need to create a new entitlement category with that option ticked.
You would then need to record an adjustment pay to transfer the accrued leave from the old category to the new one. This would be a $0 pay with the hours entered as a negative for the old entitlement and as a positive for the new entitlement.
