Can't access Clearwater File due to update

Hey, I want to test an import and want to use Clearwater.  I have downloaded the files from my.MYOB but when I try to use them it says I have to updated my version of AccountRight but I have the lates version??

      Hi Komal Yes I have tried that. I was able to download them okay but when I try t open the file through MYOB, it wants me to update my MYOB but I have the latest version!

        Hi Mel_Achterberg 

        Please choose "Yes" to the upgrade prompt as if the sample file is in an earlier version, it will upgrade the file to match your software version.
