Myob is stuck in backing up process

Hi

 

We are unable to login to MYOB and encounter this message:

"This company file is currently backing up

You can sign on once the backup is complete."

 

And I can't find the back up file for yesterday (1 Feb 2024).

Will all the data from yesterday be available or deleted?

 

Can you please help sort this out?

        Hi Alltrades1 ,

        If your file is stuck on backup, we can run a script on our end to resolve the issue. Please reply with the last four digits of your Serial Number and your Company File ID, and I'll be happy to arrange this for you.
