Colonial First State

I have entered the details into MYOB and confirmed they are correct with the super fund, but MYOB is still saying that the employee number is incorrect?  How do I correct this?

    As discussed in our private conversation, the issue is with the wrong fund selected in the card file for this employee which is causing errors.

    Let me know how you go on after selecting the correct fund.

    Can you please confirm the USI of the fund and also the first three digits of the employee membership number?

      The USI is FSF0361AU/FSF0361AU

       

      The first three digits of the membership number is 065

        The prefix is correct, can you please delete the membership number, save the changes, re-enter the membership number and try to pay super again? Do you still get the same error message?
