Undeliverable payslip email : Rejected

Good morning,   I have received an email from bounce@apps.myob.com saying that a payslip email delivery was unsuccessful, Diagnostic Code: rejected, for one employee of ours. This staff member was ...

 To further assist you, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Serial Number
  • First and Last Name
  • Company Name

Hi Hannah,

 

I have tried to send you a private message with the required information but when we click on the message icon under your username it takes us to a screen which says private messages and no option to send an email.

 

Can you please assist?
